One of our Habits mentors will meet up with you to ask 54 questions, based on the use of the word "heart" in the ancient Solomonic wisdom tradition.  This can be done in as little as 15 minutes, but we usually take an hour, listening not only to your numerical answers but also to any commentary you may volunteer.  We won’t force it, but there will be space.

A week later, you will meet again with your mentor, now accompanied by a three page report reflecting on your answers through two different grids, and starting to construct an individualised learning path that you would like to pursue over the next six months or so.

Now you are ready to meet with the other participants for the first group session together.  This introduces the course, its origins in Near Eastern Wisdom, its relational methodology, its cryptic approach, and its holistic view of life.  We will note some of the contrasts with modern education in the west.
